Intense chocolate, but velvety and smooth in flavor, with almonds from farms in the south of Bahia. The richness of the Bahian soil allowed us to create a creamy, intense chocolate, with well-marked fruity notes, but with a balance between flavor and astringency. Using two roasting systems, in the first we reach the central part of the almonds and in the second part, emphasizing the peripheral part, which allows developing the best in each almond, from each chosen farm. A 70% chocolate like Bahia, contagious and spirited.
