excellent chocolate
At Bean to Bar produce, there is a close relation with the cocoa producer and the chocolate maker. Both have the same values and purpose. We want a quality cocoa, premium, with good fermentation, naturally dried. Harvest at the right time with healthy and ripe fruits. Fair price and decent life for the entire production chain. We preserve the Atlantic forest and support public policies that preserve the environment, protecting local people, rivers, fauna and flora. This includes human life, so we use less sugar and more cocoa in our chocolate production, don’t use artificial flavors and aromas, neither vegetable fats to replace cocoa butter. Our chocolates have few ingredients.
It’s much more than create an excellent chocolate. It’s a life purpose and my own commitment with a better world.
