What sets this chocolate apart is the combination of the creaminess from milk, which added to the cocoa provides softness in the mouth, with a pronounced melting effect. As we work with small batches, we manage to dose xylitol carefully to avoid the bad taste which it can happen in formulations where there is excess xylitol. It’s a surprising chocolate!
