In bean-to-bar chocolate production, there’s a close relationship between the cacao farmer and the chocolate maker. Both share the same values and goals: we want high-quality, premium cacao with proper fermentation, dried naturally. The cacao is harvested at the right time, from healthy, ripe fruits. We ensure fair prices for the cacao and a dignified life for everyone involved in the production chain. We are committed to preserving the rainforest and supporting public policies that protect the environment, including local communities, rivers, wildlife, and plant life. This commitment extends to people’s well-being too, which is why we use less sugar and more cacao in our chocolate. We don’t use artificial flavors or aromas, and we never substitute cocoa butter with vegetable fats. Our chocolates are made with just a few simple, pure ingredients.
