In the production of Bean to Bar chocolates, there is a very close relationship between the cocoa producer and the chocolate maker. Both have the same values and objectives. They want quality cocoa, premium cocoa, with good fermentation, dried naturally.
They value harvesting at the right time with healthy and ripe fruit. They adopt a fair price for cocoa and a dignified life for the entire production chain. They preserve the forest and support public policies that conserve the environment, protecting local people, rivers, fauna and flora. This includes life as a whole. Therefore, they use less sugar and more cocoa in their chocolate; they don't use artificial flavors and aromas and vegetable fats as a substitute for cocoa butter. And the chocolates have fewer ingredients.

I started making chocolate later in life, at the age of 48.
Chocolate is my second career.
Chocolate invited me to share its path and I accepted. Through it I got to know a new world with distinct goals and values. The social and beneficial values contained in Bean to Bar chocolates led me to this type of production.
Today, producing chocolate from fine Brazilian cocoa, generating a fair production chain, a tasty, healthy product, using few ingredients (cocoa, sugar and milk) is the passion that drives me.
I believe I create more than just chocolates, I create sensory experiences!
